My belief is that 'peace of mind' (improvement in overall mental health, emotional control, symptom reduction, development of coping skills, honest communication) is possible to achieve by changing the way we THINK, FEEL, ACT and COMMUNICATE about the events in our lives that cause sadness, stress, anxiety
and other painful and overwhelming feelings. I can help you work towards making changes in thoughts and feelings that have caused you to engage in behavior that distracts you from your life goals, and/or causes communication problems which prevent you from connecting with others with kindness and compassion.
