The cost of therapy may be a concern to many potential users of counseling, consulting or mediation services. My standard fee for a 45-55 minute individual, couple or family session, $125.00. First sessions (particularly with couples) usually last 75-85 minutes, and are charged at $150.00. However, please don't let these numbers deter you from asking for help, because you may have several payment/billing options: 

I am a provider for Horizon, Reliant, Cascade, Bensinger-Dupont and Aetna Employee Assistance Plans (EAP's), and most insurance companies will reimburse 50-80% of my fee. We can discuss the possibility of my billing    your insurance directly, or I can give you a receipt to submit for reimbursement.  I offer a discount for cash payment (at $90/$120 session) to folks who do not choose to use, or do not have medical insurance coverage.    It is always wise to check with your insurance company about covered services before you call to request more information or schedule an appointment.
