My belief is that peace of mind (improvement in overall mental health, emotional control, symptom reduction, development of coping skills, honest communication) is possible to achieve by changing the way we THINK, FEEL, ACT and COMMUNICATE about the events in our lives that cause stress, anxiety
and pain. Together we can work towards making helpful changes in thoughts and feelings that lead you to negative behavior and/or difficulty with communication. . .helping you learn to cope with life's challenges, far beyond the immediate crisis.
